Payment & Refund Policy
1. Payment Terms

All payments for services offered by Eva Advisory Services must be made through the secure online payment gateway available on our website.

We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other methods as supported by the gateway provider.

Payments are required to be made in full, in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Pricing & Taxes

The fees for our consulting services are clearly communicated in proposals, engagement letters, or service agreements.

All fees are subject to applicable taxes as per prevailing laws in India.
3. Refund Policy

Fees paid for professional services are generally non-refundable, as consulting services involve significant time and expertise.

Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.

Payment made but services could not be delivered due to our inability.

In such cases, refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 working days of the transaction, along with valid proof of payment.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway or banks.
5. Cancellation of Services

Once a consulting service has commenced, cancellation is not permitted, and no refunds will be provided.

For services not yet initiated, cancellation requests may be considered on a case-to-case basis, subject to mutual agreement.
